POLITICAL CARDS
- Panfilo: now offers a discount when acquiring a
concession (formerly the power of bayard). The
political card offering a priority right has been
abolished (so the classic 'Spurgo move', steal the NN
from Rezzonico, is no more possible).
- Valadous: increased revenue from 20 to 25
- Bayard: now brings an NN certificate and a discount
on the relative concession like the other political
cards. It also has a bourbon token, on Funicolare del
Vesuvio. 

COMPANIES
- LdA: lowered the deposit from 240/120 to 150/80

STOCK ROUND
- Share value do not move rightward when all shares
are fully sold and the marker is at the top of the
market already. Also do not move rightward when a
destination bonus and the marker is at the top of the
market already.

MAP
- Eliminated the pre-built track around Caserta
- Reworked the pre-printed yellow W cities to match
the corresponding green upgrade
- Improved the track laying indicator by adding the
game phases
- Increased the value of Rome from 30 to 40 (phase 2)
- Increased the value of Torre Annuziata (phase 5)

REGIONAL COMPANIES
- Regional companies now have one round token
- Nominal values, home bases, revenue bonuses and
playing order have been amended
- Regional trains have now new values
- Rules for acquiring regional companies have been
expanded
- Clarified that regional companies count Nn and Ns as
two different cities

NATIONAL COMPANIES
- Can now place two tokens per turn
